This page lists the external processors Saowa currently relies on for general Saowa services, and explains which core systems are self-hosted by Saowa.
Scope
This page covers general Saowa account, portal, and Budget operations. Product-specific services may have additional providers listed in their own privacy pages.

Self-hosted systems operated by Saowa
Saowa currently self-hosts core application infrastructure, including Authentik for sign-in, Plausible for aggregate analytics, application databases, backups, logs, and the operational systems needed to run the service. These are not listed as third-party subprocessors when they are operated directly by Saowa.
International transfers
Where a listed processor may handle data outside the EEA, Saowa relies on that provider's applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards. Ask through Support if you need the current processor details for a business review.
